The Traub TNL 18 sliding head automatic lathe is capable of machining components from bar up to 20mm in diameter, with or without a guide bush. Simultaneous machining with 3 tools is possible due to 7 CNC axes or an optional 9 axes on the TNL 18P model.
Once again Traub lead the way in innovation with a new sub spindle mounted on the lower turret for the ultimate in transfer accuracy.
With its vertical machine bed and large vertically opening operator door the TNL 18 sets new standards in ease of use and operator accessibility for sliding head type machines.

The Hermle ‘C’ series of five axis machining centres offer exceptional accuracy from the C20 with its 300kg table load up to the C60 with its massive 2,500kg payload.
The ‘C’ series, long famed for its speed and accuracy now offers combined milling and turining in the C42UMT, C50UMT and C60UMT models.
A fully integrated rotary table allows turning of components and simultaneous 5 axes machining giving greatly reduced floor to floor times.

The Index ‘C’ series of production turning machines introduced a new era in mill turn machine design and performance. With its vertical frame the ‘C’ series set new standards for machine tool rigidity and speed.
The C100 with its 42mm bar capacity and the C200 with its 65mm (optional 90mm) are both capable of machining with 3 tools simultaneously.
